Terms & Conditions | Firasah Academy
By enrolling in any course at Firasah Academy, students and parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and productive learning experience for everyone.
1. Enrollment & Registration
 Students must complete the registration process before beginning classes.
Accurate student information (name, age, learning level, timezone, etc.) must be provided.
 2. Fees & Payment
 Tuition fees are payable monthly in advance.
Payments must be made by the first week of each month.
 Firasah Academy reserves the right to pause classes in case of non-payment.
Payment methods will be communicated upon enrollment (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
3. Class Schedule
Class timings will be fixed at the time of enrollment based on student convenience and teacher availability.
Any changes in schedule must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
 Classes canceled with at least 6 hours’ notice can be rescheduled based on teacher availability.
Missed classes without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
 In case of teacher absence, the class will be rescheduled.
 5. Leave Policy
 Students may request a break (e.g., vacation, exams).
Breaks longer than 2 weeks may require re-scheduling or slot reassignment based on teacher availability.
 6. Teacher Assignment
Firasah Academy reserves the right to assign or reassign teachers based on student needs, scheduling, or performance.
7. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to attend class with respect, punctuality, and Islamic manners (adab).
Inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or repeated disruption may lead to warnings or cancellation of enrollment.
8. Technology Requirements
Students must have a stable internet connection, a functioning device (computer/tablet), and a quiet learning space during class.
 9. Progress Monitoring
 Student performance will be regularly tracked. Parents will receive feedback reports or updates periodically.
10. Termination of Enrollment
Firasah Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment in cases of:
 Continuous unexcused absences
Misbehavior or lack of seriousness
 Non-payment of fees
 11. Privacy Policy
All student data, class recordings, and personal information will be kept confidential.
No data will be shared with third parties without consent.
